The process was smooth, efficient, and well managed from start to finish. The manager set a strong tone with professionalism and attentiveness, and the team was extremely helpful throughout my visit. Special thanks to Anthony, Kyle, and Mike for their support, clear communication, and great customer service. This location is well run, and the staff made the experience easy and stress free. I will definitely return to this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location in the future.
- JSJennifer SchmidtDec 8, 20251.0Very nasty manager- got a car from a different location and it smells of smoke so I had to swap it out. Because my car is repaired under warranty I have to get another GMC vehicle in order to get reimbursed. They had one there but he refused to swap it out because he didnt want a car that smelled like smoke. You are supposed to be able to return at any location. He told me to return it to where I got it from. Enterprise is supposed to pick you up when you rent a car if need be and he refused. When I asked how do I get back to his location if they won’t pick me up and he told me to take an Uber. He claimed to be the manager and if he truly is that a disgrace to Enterprise
