When my car battery died, I came into the store feeling pretty anxious. I’m confident with most things, but cars aren’t my strong suit; usually my son helps guide me. Karan immediately put me at ease. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through my options without making me feel overwhelmed. Not only did he help me choose the right battery, but he also went above and beyond by assisting with the installation. What really stood out was his thoughtful and caring approach. He made sure I understood everything and felt comfortable with my purchase. Because of his excellent service, I even ended up buying a few additional items I hadn’t originally planned on. I left the store feeling relieved and grateful. Karan truly exemplifies outstanding customer service; well done, and thank you!
