They offer free tire rotations for Tesla vehicles, and they honored my appointment time perfectly – no waiting around. I asked if they could service a Cybertruck as well, but unfortunately they’re not equipped for it yet (good to know for other Cybertruck owners). Everything was completed on time. The only small thing: they didn’t call me when the car was ready, but I just walked up to the counter and it was all set. Staff was friendly and the service was quick. Will definitely be back for my next rotation!

Two strikes and you're out in this case, I'm done! The last two awful experiences here where they tell you one price on the phone then tag on a bunch of other things after you've waisted time coming in for them to lie about prices... also asking you to come in early because they are free then saying after you arrive that the wait time is long because there are a lot of people in front of you. Waste of time! Like any other dishonest auto mechanic or tire shop they tell you one price on the phone and then tell you they can't honor it in person! And try to charge you almost 4 times as much as the agreed price on the phone. Extremely disappointed complete waste of time!

I had to wait an additional 2 hours. Guaranteed I was told it was a wait when I walked in. They put my car up at about 1:45pm and it's 4pm and my car still isn't complete. Came for a simple oil change. The old crew was better.

- GCGood CitizenNov 1, 20252.0Had a flat. Had my car towed there. Left my keys requested 2 tires. Received call at 8am stating I needed 4 tires. I said OK and told them I needed to get to work. He said your car is in the air now. Having faith in humanity I thought I will get my car back in 3 hours. I call around 12 noon with the lady saying it's almost done it's on the rack now. Needless to say, I did not get the call until 430pm. I then look up the tires they sold me (budget tires 40k miles) on their website land they were selling for $90 a piece. They were charging me $115 a piece for the tires. And "discounted" them to $100. I asked the worker your online price is $90 for the tire you put on my car why charge me $100. She tells me that they gave you a discount already but wouldn't honor their online price. I understand that it's a stressful job. Been there done that. They got 2 stars for taking my car in without an appointment. What I have a problem with is being told one thing and getting different outcome. Be forthcoming with the customer. They didn't even let me know about my rims being bent. Honor the online price. Have a comment if you like but just because I couldn't make an appointment the price of the tire was clearly shown on their website. Customer satisfaction is not what it use to be. Just not a place I would have gone to by choice. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
