I brought in a wheel solely to have a new tire mounted and was told it would take no more than 30 minutes. That short wait turned into over two hours. Unfortunately, the front desk employee, Jenna, was both unprofessional and unhelpful throughout the process. What should have been a simple five-minute tire installation became an unnecessarily long and frustrating experience. The lack of communication and customer service was completely unacceptable.
