Weekend manager was far more helpful than who we had dealt with during the week and was able to get another battery under warranty. Incredibly frustrated with the service received at this location. They refuse to honor the 3 year warranty on my battery purchased here despite it being less than 2 years old. My car has died twice in the last week with both AAA and a mechanic shop stating it was a battery problem. Have attempted taking the battery in twice to receive a new one but they state it is testing fine even though I have needed to have my car towed because of the bad battery. Not to mention I am 8 months pregnant and have now been stranded twice due to this problem that I have tried to resolve by utilizing my battery warranty through them.

I just moved to the area & have already needed car stuff twice & each time I have stopped by here & been lucky enough to have junior help me!!! He even went out of his way to make sure my wipers were installed & working perfectly today. I honestly hate dealing w anything other than driving my car so I cant express enough how grateful, helpful & just AMAZING it is to be able to stop somewhere on my way home & know there's someone as awesome as Junior to help me out!! As long as he's here ill continue to make this my stop for all my car needs!!! THANKS JUNIOR UR THE MAN!!!!
