I clearly explained at the counter that I wanted the two old front tires replaced and moved to the back. Instead, they replaced the newer (6-month-old) rear tires and left the worn front tires on the car. When I brought this up, the manager told me I should have explained it better, which was disappointing. After waiting another 40 minutes, they corrected the mistake by putting my newer tires back on—but the whole situation could have been avoided with better attention and communication. To make matters worse, when I finally drove off, I realized the tire pressure wasn’t properly set. Overall, this was a frustrating and time-consuming experience. I hope they improve their service and attention to detail going forward.

Charlie, the manager, went above and beyond. Even though he didn’t know me, he trusted me enough to lend me a tire so I could safely drive to their other location. That kind of trust and kindness is very rare. At the second location, Jason took amazing care of me. He was very attentive, patient, and made sure I got the right tires and the correct size. He really took the time to double-check everything and made me feel confident in my purchase. Overall, the entire team was professional, helpful, and genuinely caring. Because of their help, I ended up getting all four of my tires with them. Highly recommend this place — great service and even better people.”
