We reviewed pricing and rebates and came to an agreement based on what other competitors prices are as advertised. They beat all competitors prices on the tires. I expressed interest in understanding how thier wheel alignment machine worked and they explained it and showed me as best as they could from the window and even shown me how bad the wheels were off. I had no appointment and I was in and out within two hours for the full service. I was very pleased with the service and the nice man who helped me he was great. In the end they did charge for TPS kit that brought the price up a little bit but at the age of my car I’m sure it was needed and it wasn’t much money. When I rolled out and experienced the Michelin tires on my car I was very pleased with the way my car was handling and the low tire noise compared to my last set was night and day. I also purchased the lifetime tire protection plan as I typically do run over a nail every so often. If you have a tire issue anywhere you can go to any Mavis tire center and they will fix or replace the tire anytime during the life of the tire. These tires have a 80,000 mile warranty as long as you keep up with your rotations so paying less than $150 for that insurance is a wise investment since if a nail is run over near the sidewall they will replace the entire tire that is worth more than that. Slow leak bring it in they will fix it for free. Also with the tires came free rotations for the life of the tire at any Mavis tire shop. Very happy with the team in FARMINGDALE NY and the quality of the Michelins and how straight they got my 13 year old car to go with that alignment. Thank you

Prior to the visit I called to see if they had the sensor and asked for an installation quote. They confirmed inventory on the part needed and quoted me a fair price. Upon arrival they immediately took my vehicle into a bay and started the service / replacement process. I found their pricing to be very fair as well as competitive to other quotes I received and the performance of the Technician was outstanding. I basically stood in the vehicle bay doorway overlooking the process, any questions I asked the Tech. answered as well as explained in detail which made me feel quite comfortable. Listed below are the steps taken to replace this sensor which took approximately 45 minutes to complete. (5 Stars) Step 1 - Place on lift to remove tire from vehicle. Step 2 - Remove tire completely from rim. Step 3 - Remove the old sensor/valve and install replacement. Step 4 - Remount tire on rim and inflate to proper pressure. Step 5 - Reinstall tire on vehicle. Step 6 - Reset all sensors to the vehicles TPMS System.
