They made such a stressful situation so easy and seamless. They took the time to make sure I was taken care of in a timey manner even though it was during a snow storm and they were short staffed. They checked in with me various times to ensure the car was to my satisfaction and there were no issues. And drop off was a piece of cake!! Right to my car shop and Kristen called me to ask how everything was. She was so kind and asked if I was ok after my accident. I highly recommend them!
