  The staff at Gerber is absolutely WONDERFUL!! My 18 year old son was involved in a serious accident with my vehicle and thankfully everyone in the three vehicles involved escaped without injury! As any parent can imagine, this was a very emotional and stressful time for me! From the moment I made contact with Gerber, the empathy, care, compassion and love I was given was unbelievable! My first encounter was with Kaitlyn Garbanzo and from the very first moment I met her I wanted to adopt her! She listened to my story and offered emotional support and reassurance! She even stayed with me after the shop closed to wait for the rental car to arrive to pick me up as she refuses to let me wait outside! Kaitlyn acted like I was her only care in the world when in actuality I was just a stranger to her! Kaitlyn is perfect in her role and I knew from the way in which she treated me my entire experience would be amazing, and this turned out to be the case. I picked up my vehicle today and it was returned to me in pristine condition. The work the Body, Paint and Detail teams performed on my vehicle was beautifully done and when I received my vehicle it was spotless inside and out! Staff kept me up to date about the progress of my vehicle and worked directly with the rental company to keep them up to date as well so that I didn’t need to worry about that aspect, which was a huge relief! Jeff Nigel and Joe Z are the gentlemen who are stationed in the area where the waiting room is and both of them were very personable and professional and took time out of their busy schedules to talk with me and ensure me that everything was ok!! Matt Savage is the manager and my multiple interactions with him were very positive!! In summary, the staff as well as the quality of the work performed deserve UNLIMITED stars!! Staff treat their customers like their own family and the vehicles as their own! I HIGHLY recommend Gerber in Fairport and would travel from afar to have them repair my vehicle if ever needed again!! Thank you for the love, support, compassion and perfection of services/repairs you gave me; I am forever grateful!!
