    I had an appointment to get my car inspected on 12/30 (one of the busiest times of the year because we all love to procrastinate!) and cringed when I saw how full the parking lot was when I pulled up. When I walked in, the waiting room was completely full but I was immediately greeted by the manager, Kevin. He mentioned they were very full but he would try to get me in and out as quick as possible. He wasn’t wrong - I was in and out within 45 minutes! I had a similar experience last year when I procrastinated until the last minute. Love this place and will be back!

    Took my Pathfinder in for what I thought was a break issue, turned out it was not. Just a simple repair they didn’t even charge me for. I’ve been coming here for about 15 years and have never had a bad experience. Above all I appreciate the honesty I have always received about what is really going on with my vehicle. It would have been very easy for them tell me it was breaks and charge whatever cause sadly that does happen out there at other places. I’ve seen it personally and been a victim. I will always continue to keep coming back here. Thank you so much for constant great service!

    Had the pleasure of going to the Monroe on Pittsford palmyra rd in Fairport today. Was in a hurry to travel and several local stores said it would be up to 72 hours to fix a slow leak in tire… lucky i stopped in and saw the GM Kevin Higgins, he got me in the store in 15 minutes and pulled a nail out of tire. i highly recommend this store we won’t get any better service anywhere else!

    Dropped car off on a Friday night to be serviced on Saturday. Saturday comes and no one calls. I call and leave two messages. No one calls me back. Sunday comes and I call in the morning. Person I spoke with had no record of my appointment initially. He was able to see my appointment for Saturday but informed me that my envelope with my keys was not retrieved until Sunday morning. Was very upset. Then, instead of taking responsibility for the gross error, I was told that the manager did not see my envelope on Saturday. I took that as they were calling me a liar. Also, if my appointment was on the calendar, why didn’t they question where my keys were? Why didn’t anyone call me on Saturday even before I called? Why didn’t anyone return my messages? Why was there no one answering the phone to begin with? Instead of addressing this, the person I spoke with on Sunday was more concerned about his stolen phone and how bad of a company Monro Tire is and that they never say no to scheduling a visit immediately instead of advising that they couldn’t fit me in right away. Spoke with the District Manager Tim and was told he would rectify immediately and that someone would call me within the hour. No one called me within the hour. I had to call Tim back who then pushed it on his branch manager. Branch manager did call me back and resolved the situation and serviced my car with no charge. This was totally uncalled for and unacceptable. I’m not being my car to you guys anymore.
