They were able to take my car about 1/2 hour before I got there which I felt was very good with all the clients they are serving as I have also had to wait much konger before. Mechanic and person at front desk were very friendly and informed me that I may need new brake pads in 3-6 months - which was great. Other places that do inspections try to get more work out of it and try to get you to get more serviced immediately so since they didn’t try to sell me other services I feel they were sincere and trustworthy. For this reason I kept it at 5 stars even though I had to wait 30 minutes before my car was started on - the wait is minor but trustworthiness is major and I felt good about bringing it there.

- GWGW WOct 25, 20252.0Facility is very nice and clean We called ahead to get an oil change. We were told drop it off (about 9:30). It will be done by noon. At drop off, grumpy counter man complained about no one wanting to work anymore. Called at about 11:30 to check on picking the car up. Will not be done till 4:00! Called at 3:30; will be done by 4:00. Arrived at 4:00. Counterman ignored me for about 5 minutes talking to his buddy. Car should be done soon. We need to figure out how to reset maintenance light. We're short staffed with only one guy (working on another car). Finally got the car at 4:20. Prices are in the high side with grumpy unfriendly staff. Time estimates mean nothing. Won't be back here. Plenty of other places are around for a simple oil change.
