    The reason I give this store a 3, is simply because of Christopher. His short king energy was pretty unhelpful, I asked for help and he basically ignored me. Customer service is pretty important. The others were pretty nice tho, that’s why is a 3.

    Last week with my faithful putty knife, I scraped clean the Shell corp. bearing grease from a 25lb metal bucket . I loaded the grease gun with the last of an inherited supply that had seemed endless. On Sunday, 21Sep2025, I found myself shopping for Grease in Autozone, Evans Mills. At 70 years old I was shopping for bearing grease for the first time in my life. I was looking for a 3 or five pound tin. There were only a few choices in 1lb cans?? I didn’t really notice the candy rack of Grease-n-Tubes. David was working that afternoon. He must have recognized my befuddlement. He patiently walked me thru the ins & outs of grease in a tube. And, that the tubes should fit fine in the somewhat vintage grease guns. His attention & courtesy are appreciated.

    Went to buy a fuse and accidentally got the wrong one. Did not install the fuse just opened it. Assistant store manager would not let me return it. I then tried to get the correct fuse that showed in stock online and the assistant store manager then only checked the shelfs and would not check the system or the back even though online showed in stock will not use this store again.
