  Hands down, THE best buying experience for a vehicle I have EVER had! I have owned a lot of cars and bought from many dealerships, but this was the smoothest, easiest, and most accommodating. Bogdan was the best at helping me get my BMW X6, especially with the tight window of time that I had to do it in. It was never a "pushy" or "upselling" deal and he explained everything possible about the car, the options, and how to make it all work. Kasandra in the business office took the time to explain everything to me for financing, the contract, and how it all worked. Bottom line is that I RARELY write reviews, but felt I had to for this one just cause it was such a great buying experience.

  Can't get the dealership to try and sell me a car. Margaret seems like a kind person, but the sales staff (Mike in particular) has refused over and over to contact me to discuss buying a BMW. It's bordering on bizarre, they must make so much money at Gault that they don't even want to sell cars...

  Steven was a friendly, knowledgeable, responsive salesperson and was able to secure the exact I4 I wanted in a timely manner. Since I'm an old guy who struggles with technology, they were patient and after a couple of sessions, were able to teach me enough to allow me to comfortably exist in the world with this machine. This car is wonderful and I look for excuses to drive it.
