    I brought my car in for an inspection. After about 30 minutes of my car being on the lift I was asked by a mechanic to speak with me. The mechanic advised that I had a leak in my front driver side strut. I was then told it was recommended to replace both and the total cost would be approximately $1800. I told the mechanic to remove my car from the lift and I would get a second opinion. The mechanic obliged my wish. I then spoke to an associate of mine who advised that struts are NOT part of the NY Inspection. I feel that I was mislead by the employees at this location in an attempt to charge me for services not needed. I was fortunate enough to have someone that knew of the inspection process. I would warn against this location
