  I had an excellent experience at Valvoline in Elmsford. The manager, Alberto, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive from the moment I arrived. He made sure everything was explained clearly and that my service was completed quickly and efficiently. The entire team was courteous and respectful. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

  As a woman, I’ll be honest, getting car maintenance done can sometimes feel intimidating. I always worry about being oversold or taken advantage of. But my experience with Alberto, the Manager, completely changed that. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. He walked me through everything step by step, explained what my car needed, and made sure I felt confident and at ease the entire time. Not once did I feel pressured or talked down to, which meant so much to me. Alberto’s customer service skills are truly outstanding. He’s professional, respectful, and genuinely cares about the people he’s helping. Honestly, he should be teaching a class on customer service, that’s how impressive he is. Because of Alberto, I left feeling confident, informed, and valued as a customer. I’ll absolutely be returning and highly recommend asking for him if you visit!

  I had an amazing experience today , and I have to give a huge shoutout to the manager (Alberto) for running such a professional and efficient team. From the moment I pulled in, everything was smooth, organized, and welcoming. The manager was knowledgeable, respectful, and made sure I understood exactly what was being done to my vehicle without any pressure or upselling. You can tell great leadership makes a difference .. the whole crew worked together quickly while still paying attention to detail. The service was fast, thorough, and honestly one of the best oil change experiences I’ve had. It’s rare to find customer service like this anymore. If you’re looking for honest, reliable service with a manager who truly cares about customers, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to friends and family!

  I have been a loyal customer at this Valvoline location for several years now and I am never disappointed. The store manager Alberto is truly amazing, very professional and knowledgeable. The team overall is extremely helpful, respectful and super informative. They take their time to explain the services that are being rendered and they go above and beyond to make sure I am aware of any recommendations that my vehicle needs. I will continue to get my car serviced here and will always recommend to my friends and family. If you want good service this is the place to go.
