  I just deleted my bad review and I am very happy to give Penske 5 solid stars ! Everyone is allowed to make a mistake , the key is how you handle those mistakes. Penske did the right thing and corrected a problem.. That's customer service ! Go Penske !!

  Penske has come to the rescue time and time again. I've been responsible to rent and coordinate catering trucks for over 10 years and always keep coming back to Penske. Reliable trucks, convenient location off 287 exit 2, and some great team members. Joe & Thaylee have been more than helpful for years and understand our needs before we even express them! The best thing about these two they are honest and set great expectations. Joe Amiano is a truck rental legend and should be in the hall of fame! I trust Penske Elmsford location with any/all renal needs.

  Simply the best location to rent from in NJ. The trucks are well-maintained and clean, and the office team is professional and accommodating. Right now, I’m doing contractor work, so my schedule is all over the place, but once I communicate my needs, they work with me. This is all you can ask for!!

  We've rented maybe 10 trucks from them so far not one of them can I honestly say I was impressed with short on oil never top the fluid joff and always dirty
