- LLLiz4 days ago2.0On 2/27/2026 , I had an appointment scheduled for 3:00pm to get 4 brand new tires for my car. All was well, I asked if I could add the NYS inspection to my appointment because I forgot to add it myself, I was told it was okay. Keep in mind my appointment was for 3:00pm , I showed up at 2:37, was in my uber on my way home by 2:50. At 6:12 (post closing time), they call me telling me their technician is almost done with my car and I should start heading over, I say okay, by 6:14 my uber is order & I live 25 mins away. I’m a couple exits away, (3 at most) when I have 5 missed calls from Mavis, When I call back it’s the employee telling me to hurry up because they’re closed and he can’t keep these guys on payroll for any longer, and if I don’t hurry up I’m going to have to pick up my car in the morning. The customer service at this location was MEDIOCRE. They didn’t do the inspection like I asked, and had my car for over 3 hours. They were in no place to try & rush me, and they definitely had no reason to speak to me the way they did.

I haven’t seen him in a long time since the last time like four months ago when I took my Nissan to get new tires now I took my other car to get an alignment and Edgar took very good care of me and OsWaldo as well great guy for alignment he’s good at what he does God bless him.
