I didn’t have an appointment, and the assistant manager told me it would be about 2 hours, which I was fine with. Instead, I ended up wasting over 6 hours there, and the work was still terrible. At one point, one of the techs actually had my wheel staggered and then asked me if there was something wrong with my car because it “wasn’t moving.” Of course it wouldn’t move with a staggered wheel. I have no idea if the way they were forcing it caused any long-term damage, and that’s not something a customer should have to worry about after a basic visit. It got worse when I left. As soon as I started driving, my car gave me an error: all four tires were over 41 psi. The sticker inside the car clearly states the proper tire pressure is 35 psi. This is basic stuff for a tire shop. Overinflating tires that much, especially run-flat tires, can be dangerous. If I hadn’t noticed and had taken the car straight onto the highway, this could have turned into a serious safety issue. What frustrates me most is that this isn’t even the first bad experience I’ve had at this location. Most of the time, the guys there are just sitting around, moving slowly, and taking hours to do jobs that should take minutes. I honestly don’t understand how this store is still open. Between the horrible time management and the careless, unsafe work, I do not recommend anyone bring their car here.

I called this mavis location at 6:30pm and spoke to Gary, he assured me they would be able to change the tire and that I could take my time bringing the car in by 8:30 their closing time. I came in and they immediately worked on my car. THANK YOUUUU!!!!
