For context, spent over $1300 for brake and tire service. Here are the negatives: 1. Paid $120 for a wheel alignment that was incorrectly performed. Went back to the same store to fix and they said nothing was wrong. Went to Toyota dealer a month later that said wheel alignment was terrible and then to another Mavis shop that finally fixed it. They said both wheel were off by over .55 (which is fairly significant). The other Mavis that repaired also charged me cause the 90 day warranty was over (even though it was performed incorrectly the first time around). 2. TPMS sensors were tested and service pack was charged. They did not inform me that the sensors failed and needed replacement. Fairly common to replace these if bad when replacing tires. 3. Asked them to check brake noise that resulted in replaced rotors and brake pads. Brake noise is now even worse and they once again can’t find any issue. I would not trust your car at this Mavis. Gave them two chances to fix so not just an off day.
