  Had 4 new tires installed. All which leaked so bad I had to make another appointment to have the beads cleaned. Still leaking. I took the old tires with me and was still charged the disposal fee. Charged me for an alignment I didn’t need. 900$ later I still have leaking tires.

  I have been going to Mr Tire since 2021, I had them install a lift kit and they recommended bigger tires, which I did. I have had to replace 2 tires due to cupping about every 6-8 months. This was expensive but, they told me there was nothing they could do about it. They said they did alignments and balancing. Fast forward to this last time, I went in an needed two new tires for the same issue. I came and picked it up and it felt strange, when I got home I saw they put the wrong tires on. I called the next morning and the manager told me my tires are discontinued. I went to another shop because there was something very wrong with the handling of the vehicle, I asked if they could look up and see if my tires were discontinued and surprise! No, they weren’t. So I called back Mr Tire and told them that I had someone else look and my tires are not discontinued. Manager said oh, looks like they aren’t, come in and we will replace them. So I did. About a month later, cupping on the front tires happened again, I went in to get two new tires. Front desk said the manager talked to me and told me that they weren’t going to warranty out my tires anymore and that I needed to go back to stock tires. I said ok, I’ll get an oil change and an alignment with balance and see if that helps. I come to pick it up later and paid over $100, I asked how the alignment went and he said their machine doesn’t do “chunky tires” WHAT. So all this time I have been paying for an alignment and they haven’t been doing it? I went to Young Tires after all of this because I can’t afford to trust Mr Tire anymore. Young’s said I don’t need new tires, just an alignment. I got it! And guess what ! Rides like a damn dream.

  Always very helpful and super friendly. I needed them to give my car a once over so i knew what I needed. It was done pretty quickly. Ive never had any issues here, everything always goes pretty smooth.
