  I was referred to Goodyear. I spent over $7000 in 2 weeks. The manager Bart Piersimion every time said I was good to go. They never drove the vehicle! They definitely upsaled me on parts that were less than OEM and junk! I literally had sway bar links go "bad" within 2 weeks and was charged 300% more than a quality part. I'm pretty sure they charged me for parts and labor that never happened! I put my trust in these guys and I'm still having issues with the front end! They claimed I had a rear main seal leak. I took it to a dealer and there was no evidence of that! I'm not a mechanic but I do know that for $7000 worth of work I shouldn't have a single problem! Some say 3 times is a charm. I'm going on 5. They did a complete rebuild of the front end. Again when they put a rack and pinion for$850 Bart said it was perfect and good to go. The steering clunked so bad even Firestone could hear it! So perfect and good to go! They had to replace that rack with another$1250 "OEM". When I say money isn't an object, it doesn't mean put me in debt for absolute bullshit!

  I had a fuel line rupture on my drive home and had to stop in for emergency repairs. The team at Elmira Goodyear Auto Service were able to pinpoint the leak and fix it quickly, on a Saturday. I wouldn't have known what to do without these great guys and their dedication to helping people in need. Because of them, I was able to drive the last 220 miles home without any issues.

  I was 300 miles from home and needed an emergency repair recently on a Friday. Mark was busy but agreed to try and fit me in later in the day. He not only made a timely, quality repair, but he was reasonably priced. It makes a difference when the owner lives in the community. He was also pleasant and professional. Nothing could have improved on my experience. Thanks from Bruce.
