  This place is a great place to come too . I got here at 10am they ordered my tire’s came in quick and I was ready to go. Mavis has great deals . Thank you so much Jeremy for great customer service

  While the team did a good job with my seasonal tire change, the customer service during my last bit was very disappointing. I had a 1pm appointment which I arrived early for. The rep said I would be done by 2pm. At 2pm, I asked for an update and the rep said they hadn't started because one of their mechanics took a long lunch. He offered me an insulting discount, placing no value on my time. I won't be coming back.

  A little late in posting, this is regarding a March 17th visit. I had a slow leak in one of my tires on a car that hadn't been serviced at Mavis before. I have brought my other car here for tire balancing, rotation and wheel alignment, but not this car. I was there for about 45 minutes. The issue was identified as a nail in a tire and a plug was inserted. No charge. I appreciate that. Thank you!

  Great experience at Mavis Tire highly recommend!! I’m a mom of three and don’t know much about cars, so when I got a flat tire driving around Eastchester I was stressed. I called the Mavis Tire shop nearby and they were so kind and patient with me. They changed the flat and then did a full inspection because I didn’t even know to ask. During the check they found a few other issues like some worn suspension parts and a slow leak in another tire things that would’ve become much bigger (and more dangerous) problems down the road. Yes, it took a little time while they ran the inspection and explained everything, but they walked me through each issue in plain language and showed me why it mattered. I ended up getting four new tires at a great price, and the staff helped me pick the right ones for my family’s needs and budget. The car feels so much safer now and I’m relieved. Friendly staff, honest advice, and fair pricing. Perfect for a busy mom who doesn’t know about car stuff.

  Don’t waste your time. I had a 9 am appointment for a simple oil change and they called twice to confirm it. I show up on time and somehow there are 8 people ahead of me. After sitting there for an hour, they hadn’t even started my car. No heads up, no explanation, nothing. What’s the point of making an appointment if you’re just thrown into a line like everyone else? If you’re running that far behind, say it when you call to confirm instead of wasting people’s time. Completely unacceptable.
