Although I arrived about 15 minutes late, I was still given an estimated completion time of 2–3 hours. At 2:33 PM, I received a call stating my car was ready. I arrived at 3:00 PM, paid, and then saw my car was still on the lift with no tires installed. I was told to wait. I came back an hour later only to find my car still on the lift with no tires. At that point, I was informed that the tires I ordered were the wrong size for my vehicle. This means my car sat there for over four hours while other vehicles were worked on, all because a basic check wasn’t done at the start of the job. The tire size should have been verified within minutes of pulling my car in — not hours later after wasting my entire afternoon. The entire situation was extremely disorganized. While waiting, I witnessed multiple other customers complaining about delays and service issues. I also notice the owner is very active responding to Google reviews. Perhaps that time would be better spent ensuring the stores are properly managed and customers are not left waiting for hours due to avoidable errors. If you’re a first-time customer, I would not recommend this location. It appears long-standing customers may be prioritized, but new customers are clearly not. And if I experience any issues with my tires or vehicle after today, I have serious concerns it will be due to the rushed work done at the end to recover from their own mistake.
