It was getting near closing time when I noticed my right rear tire was dangerously low. I pulled into Mavis and even though it was late in the day, Evans Martin (the manager there?) got me right into the shop, and found the screw in my tire that was causing the leak. I just assumed I’d have to purchase a new tire for $$, but Evans said no, that based on the location and size of the screw, he could remove it and then just plug the hole. And that’s what he did (for a very reasonable fee). In a world where great customer service is fast disappearing, Evans and Mavis know how to treat their customers. I would highly recommend Mavis and Evans to anybody who needs tire service, brake service, or any other auto service.
