Cancelled my appointment the first time because they broke my replacement glass, cancelled again the next week because the weather got “too cold” it was 34 degrees outside… cancelled my 3rd appointment again because it was too cold, told me I can come drop it off, and then when I said I can they proceed to say they cant get me in today even though Its still within my scheduled appointment time… hopefully they actually replace my windshield this friday as Ive already paid $900 out of pocket to wait for 4 weeks of back and forth non sense. The people are nice but the place needs to get it together or something.

They were incredibly communicative kept me very posted about the entire process. Booking online was simple, and day of communication was mostly handled through text and phone. By far, this is one of the easiest home-based repairs I've ever had to schedule. Pricing was fair, and the service was quick.
I’m not saying my windshield was bad before, but I was basically navigating via sonar and "vibes." Since it was "frozen tundra" degrees outside, I opted for the shop service—and I’m glad I did.
I barely had time to get comfortable before they were calling my name. The replacement took exactly 30 minutes. I’ve spent more time looking for a matching pair of socks in the morning. These folks work with the precision and speed of a professional pit crew, but with much better customer service.
The Highlights:
Olympic Speed: 30 minutes flat. I didn't even have time to finish a single podcast episode.
The "Warm Bay" Advantage: My car stayed warm, I stayed warm, and the glass actually had a chance to set without turning into an ice cube.
4K Vision: The world is suddenly in high-def. I can see potholes now! My suspension is sending a thank-you note as we speak.
Pro Vibes: Efficient, professional, and clearly masters of the "half-hour hustle."
If you value your time (and your toes), go to the shop. They’ll have you back on the road before you can even figure out the guest Wi-Fi password.

Everyone was extremely polite and friendly. I got a brand new windshield at their office. They offered me free bottled water. They noticed I was writing a letter on my lap and brought me a rolling table for my comfort. They saw that I had a new pair of wiper blades in my truck that I had purchased elsewhere and they put them on for me, for no charge, without me even asking them to!!!!! I will definitely use them again if I need them in the future and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs them! Safelite should be very proud of their employees. Thank you so much!!!
