And after I picked up my car- it is still NOT fixed. They are worse than incompetent. Didn’t even know they needed more parts (9 weeks in)… I had to pay for a car rental for 9 weeks. Every week they would pretend to give an estimated repair date several weeks ahead. Absolutely do not ever use them. EVER. They told me when I picked up my car they had no excuse as to why the car took so long. And since my car was towed from their Horseheads NY location they had no idea when they could return it. “Have to wait for enough cars” to put mine on the carrier. So 2 of us had to drive more than 2.5 hours each way to get the car. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️. Most nonsensical ridiculous place I have ever seen

I walked out with a loaner vehicle and knowing that in a fairly short amount of time my car would be back to looking like brand new again. The staff is absolutely incredible, the place is so clean its hard to believe the kind of work they do. I just can not say enough about this place. I had never heard of them before and now it is the only place I would go. UPDATE - well 6 months later and my paint is bubbling and rusting. They said I must have dinged my door and that caused it. Really. Your paint job was terrible. Good service does not make up for crummy work.
