I’ve spoken to the manager and thier gonna look out for quotes on glass. Been over 2 weeks with nothing said to me. I’m extremely disappointed. But hey if they wanna give me a new car after courts done I’m fine with it.

And after I picked up my car- it is still NOT fixed. They are worse than incompetent. Didn’t even know they needed more parts (9 weeks in)… I had to pay for a car rental for 9 weeks. Every week they would pretend to give an estimated repair date several weeks ahead. Absolutely do not ever use them. EVER. They told me when I picked up my car they had no excuse as to why the car took so long. And since my car was towed from their Horseheads NY location they had no idea when they could return it. “Have to wait for enough cars” to put mine on the carrier. So 2 of us had to drive more than 2.5 hours each way to get the car. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️. Most nonsensical ridiculous place I have ever seen
