- LSLe stretJul 10, 20255.0What can I say Omgaaaaghd, the service that I received from start to finish, the communication was on point, I am a person that was worried about my vehicle not being in the same county as me. But, from me calling to check the progress which was almost 2 or 3 times a week lol. Sara was very nice when she answered the phone and when she was not able to answer a question that I had she transfered me over to my adjustor Katelyn who was very professional and very knowledgeable and kept great communication, I spoke to Brian he was very nice as well. Dave did the work on my SUV and I just want to say what a superb job. I am so glad I did not try to find my own shop and went with my gut feeling and go with the shop that was in my insurance network. I just would like to say thank you all for the hard work with my vehicle. I am so glad I chose Gerber Collision and Glass of East Syracuse if you need bodywork done on your car dnt hesitate for a moment they will get your vehicle looking bew again. I thought the dealer might be able to do better. NO WAY!! The employees were very friendly, helpful, professional and compassionate. It really makes sense to have Enterprise, Geico Adjuster and Auto body shop in one convenient location. I picked up my car tonight and I was extremely pleased. They did a great job,not a speck of dirt inside or out. You can't even tell I was in an accident. Kudos to a great organization, most of all the people!!
