This most recent rental, was when I dropped off my car at Northside Collision for repair, and Enterprise was there with my rental in 15 minutes! Not only was it promptly delivered, but it was a very decent Toyota Corolla! The only downside (like most newer cars) is it was a vehicle with cheap garbage CVT transmission. Other than that the whole experience was great!
