They go above and beyond and do everything they can to make sure customers are happy! If I need to rent a car again I know that’s where I’m going to rent from!

Due to bad weather at the time of pickup, I did not notice a small crack on the windshield. After driving a short distance, bright sunlight made the crack clearly visible, so I immediately contacted the store and was instructed to return the vehicle to look. upon arrival, a person identifying himself as the manager came outside and, without taking time to review, quickly stated that the damage was not there earlier and claimed it was my fault. This experience has negatively affected my trust in the location at 6716 Manlius Center Rd, East Syracuse, NY 13057. I have shared my experience with friends, family, and community members. That was my last visit. I would not recommend this specific location. Thank you.
