Victor is amazingly patient and the staff are all friendly. I talked with them about future service and orders. It is a real pleasure to go there and the best thing is, they know me. They remember me from past visits. They know my 2015 Toyota Sienna even better.

They then sat in the car for a few minutes poking around and insisting there was a way to reset the car to show an alert when it needs an oil change. They did not believe my mom when she said the car does it automatically. I noticed they also rounded the number on the sticker telling me when to come back for another oil change to an even 150,000. Previous automotive shops have written down a precise number—I know for a fact there were not exactly 145,000 miles on the car when it was serviced because I hit that number a few days after… Additionally, they did not check wiper fluid, air pressure, etc. Most unfortunately, the price was OUTRAGEOUS for the quality of service provided.
