And had to bring my vehicle back 4 times, minus the original service date. I called Fairport and spoke with the manager Larry who was able to get my truck in almost immediately. Since then, I have Not had any issues with my tires, going flat, brakes squeaking and he redid the alignment. Larry and his team did the job right. I would recommend this location and the people who work there. Thanks again, for doing you job and doing it right the first time. I would definitely return to this location in the future. If those readings are wondering, orginal location was Webster Not only was I over charged. I have proof of this. I had to bring my vehicle back 4 times, And I was still having issues until I called a different location and asked if they would take a look at my vehicle. I would definitely stay away from the Webster location.

When I called on Wednesday, I was told they could not do it on Thursday, so I rescheduled for Saturday at 11:30 AM. When I arrived, I was told my appointment was actually on Friday at 7:00 AM—even though the store does not open until 8:00 AM. I then rescheduled again for Sunday at 1:00 PM. Upon arrival, I was informed it would take about three hours because only one technician was working. This repeated scheduling confusion and lack of staff planning wasted a lot of my time. Very disappointing and unprofessional service.
