They have made several improvements in the last year but there is room for improvement, some of it very easy, some not so much. The easy ones include providing some shade at the pool There is none at all. Some umbrellas and/or a shade cloth would be very helpful. We have to lug our own umbrella over when we go. More pool hours would be nice also. For some reason, it is closed on Mondays. The Tiki bar is nice and has some decent food options but it is a little pricey. My main problem with it is the music is often too loud, but sitting outside makes it more tolerable. It would be nice to be able to sit at the bar and have a conversation. This season they renovated much of the marina. However, they replaced all of the water supply lines with smaller tubing. The water pressure is dismal. You can't get enough pressure to hose the deck down, and when one of my neighbors runs the water, mine drops to a trickle. The water system needs to be redone with larger diameter hoses. The pressure was much better before the renovation. Also, the prices are very high, and they keep increasing. Yes, the amenities are great and the staff is helpful, but it is expensive. If the water pressure were back where it was last year, I would give it 5 stars.
