  I was told a few weeks ago that my battery was running at 20% and obviously needed to be replaced. I wasn't able to financially pay for it till today and thank God because my battery was affecting the overall performance of my Sentra. So I called AutoZone as it was the first number that showed in the Google search. I called at 8:30am and a young girl answered. She was amazing at looking up pricing for me and looking into finding out if someone was available to change it out for me. I pulled up 5 min later she had the computer screen left in the battery options and went over all fhe possibilities. I was so impressed and grateful to find one for $100 + tax. Within 5 min a nice man who didn't hesitate came out in this freezing cold and took his time to make sure to properly replace my battery. The entire experience today was just so refreshing. I will be sure to visit again next time I need something for my car.

  stopped by yesterday afternoon to get a new battery (that came with free instillation), unfortunately the kid who installed it took on more than he knew how to actually change and didn’t put the battery in correctly so my car wouldn’t start after i shut it off. luckily the car did not catch on fire. ERIC came to my house late at night after his shift once i called to speak to management to come take a look at it and fixed the mistake. if it wasn’t for him my car probably would’ve fried out or worse. shoutout to him and the manager i spoke to on the phone (who’s name i don’t remember). that is the only reason i gave 3 stars instead of 1. and to the other kid, don’t do things you don’t actually know how to do, it’s ok to ask for help

  I stopped by today. Engine light is on. Maria, quite personable, courteous and knowledgeable, plugged the thingy into my car and printed out the results. Maria was super efficient with a great smile!
