They including Jimmy were very caring and helpful. I was a happy customer because they assured me I did not have to worry. They accommodated me in every way. I will definitely come back again. They are patient and informed. Thank you guys!

Since I was around the neighborhood I pass by, I was greeted by friendly staff and helped by a gentleman named Jimmy. He helped me find oil, filter, and wipers that best suit my needs. He suggested the engine oil was in promotion where buying a gallon of oil gets you a free oil filter. I took the deal and bought 2 gallons of oil. After he helped me find all my essentials, he recommended doing a fuel system clean with a product named Seafoam. I gave it a chance and took one. Since I used it in my truck, it has been running smoothly. I would recommend this location for there friendly staff and any mechanical needs.

- JIjohn IIFeb 18, 20261.0I was RIPPED-OFF! I had a windshield wiper blade fail while on the road, most likely from ice. Had shopped in this store many times so I stopped in to buy a new pair. I chose a decent quality brand and went to check out. The clerk rang up the order and took a spray can of windshield cleaner, said, "This comes with them." and added it to the order. Bosch blades come with cleaner free so I assumed this brand was matching the offer. When I got outside I realized the bill was much higher than I expected and looked at the details. Not only was I charged for the deluxe cleaner but he also added 1-yr maintenance contracts for each wiper blade. I have to get used to the fact that, since I'm in my 70s, many people feel they can take advantage of me. I still do my own general maintenance (brakes, fluids, filters, belts...) on 4 cars I & my children currently own. With my long history with that store I did not expect to be treated like this. I challenged the bill & received a refund of about 25% of the total. I will not shop this store again.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
