  I’ve been going here for years. Wilmer and team provided exceptional customer service. I went in thinking I needed an oil change. They checked my service history and told me I wasn’t due for another few thousand miles. They ended up just checking my oil just in case and ended up topping off my fluids. Great honest team!

  I had a taillight that was intermittently failing and I was not near home.. The team tested it in front of me and validated what I was seeing. They did the repair with professional and communicative service and when helped me replace a sticker that was expiring

  I had an excellent experience with Dan’s car inspection service. From start to finish, Dan was professional and thorough. Even though his schedule was booked up, he still made the time to squeeze me in for a quick inspection. Amazing customer service and they communicate very professionally and respectfully which I really appreciated! Definitely come here for all your car needs, you will not be disappointed!

  Great service, professional and super friendly people. I made an appointment and even though I was super late, they were more than happy to take my car and complete a full service and NY inspection. I highly recommend them. Thank you guys for your time and service. 👍👍👍

  I noticed my headlight was out while in Long Island. Went to this Jiffy Lube as it was highly rated. I replaced both headlights to avoid any problems with the other light. The customer service was great and the guys were very helpful. But I didn’t notice until night time the lights were low grade and didn’t illuminate at all. I went back on a Sunday as I was coming from the Bronx. They told me they didn’t have higher grade lights but I could buy from the AutoZone only a few feet away. I pulled out and noticed a thumping in the wheel. Purchased the lights and came right back. They replaced the lights and, later that week, refunded the original light purchase. This jiffy lube doesn’t perform tire services and advised me to go to Mavis where I spent $200 on a new tire as there was a nail/screw embedded. I was told I had to put in a claim for the tire and was denied. Out $200 for a simple headlight replacement.
