  This is the best Mavis in Long Island they are very honest and never had an issue over here. Very respectful and very quick and efficient.

  Came to this place for the first time and was given immediately multiple solutions for my tire problems. I was able to get my situation dealt with in a timely manner. Will definitely become a frequent customer.

  Mr. Neptali was wonderful And so courteous and helpful. The property is clean. They're organized. All the workers seem very efficient and knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back here. Sometimes it's not just about the finance. It's about the great customer service which means so much to me. I highly recommend for efficiency and quality and good pricing.

  Went there to fix a flat . Time was 8.17am and was dropping off my child to school . When I arrived there I see no customers over there . Went to the waiting room to ask for help and the manager or who ever he was on front counter was very rude and very disrespectful. I ask him if he can help me out with a flat tire and he said sorry no mechanic on duty and they are not sure what time mechanic will show up . For fix a flat with no customer waiting on line he said two hours waiting time . The air machine was broken so i requested him if he can put some air in the tire so I can take to another shop and he ignored me like I don’t even exist. Went inside . Mavis is just 5 minutes away from my house and I go there for tires and wheel alignment and flat fix . But this time was different. Hire someone who really cares about customers . This is second time it happened with me . Mavis is a big company and they should keep people who knows how to treat customers the right way . It’s very unprofessional to tell a customers they don’t know when their mechanic will come to work . I run business so I know how important it is to keep your customers happy , regardless race or color or how much he spends . Clients is like asset to any business. I will request the management to find someone who respects their customers. Because of who ever was on front desk who refused to give me his name and told me he doesn’t have to prove me with his name which is not right . I stood at the location for one hour and both managers like didn’t even care . At the end one of the mechanic was very nice and help me put air in my tire and I was able to take the vehicle home . I have 5 cars that I take to Mavis in future will go to Neighbor,s Auto Care . I rather give my business to someone who treat their customers right even if they charge more and I don’t mind paying more . It’s just Mavis was 3 minutes away from my house and very convenient. First thing I came back told my wife and children. Not to go to Mavis anymore . Atleast till they find someone decent to greet their customers .
