  Never rent a car from this location. If you do, you may encounter rude staff, poor service, and badly maintained vehicles. Based on the number of one-star reviews, SIXT may give you one of the worst rental experiences you’ve ever had. 1. Very poor customer service The employees are unfriendly, unprofessional, and poorly trained. You may feel disrespected or unfairly treated during your interaction. 2. Poor vehicle condition Many of the cars are in bad condition. You can expect unpleasant odors and dirty interiors. In some cases, warning lights such as “check engine” or low tire pressure may already be on when you receive the car. 3. Questionable billing practices Be careful—there may be unexpected or unclear charges added later. This review could save you time, money, and unnecessary stress.

  We've had a great experience with sixt in almost every location but Vanessa S took the time to assess our needs and comfort and make sure we got the right car to fit our needs. It was a very comfortable stay thanks to her. We will be back and definitely using sixt and asking for vanessa!

  I reserved a BMW X5 well in advance, specifically wanting that model. When I arrived, they told me it wasn't available and tried to give me a Volvo instead. The worst part? They actually had the BMWs on the lot, but told me I would have to pay a "premium upgrade" fee to get the car I had already booked. This is a classic bait and switch. Very disappointed in the lack of transparency and the aggressive upselling. Will not be renting here again

  One of the best experiences I’ve had renting a car. Diana provided excellent customer service from beginning of the rental to return of the rental. Highly recommend! Looking forward to booking again.

  I had a very frustrating experience with this car rental company and feel it is important to share for others who may be considering booking here. The messaging system states that the location is open 24 hours and instructs customers arriving after the shuttle stops running at midnight to simply take an Uber directly to the location. I followed these instructions exactly. Unfortunately, my flight was delayed and I arrived shortly after midnight. When I got there, the location was completely closed. As a result, I had no choice but to take another Uber to where I was staying for the night, and then return again the next day by Uber to pick up the car. This ended up costing me well over one hundred dollars in additional transportation expenses, all due to inaccurate information provided by the company. I later spoke with a manager about this situation, and there was no effort or intention to make it right, which was extremely disappointing. I also attempted to call the location multiple times during the day, during normal business hours well before 5 p.m., when I had an important question. Each time, the phone simply rang with no answer. Not being able to reach anyone even during regular hours made the experience even more frustrating. It is very confusing that an airport car rental location would close at midnight, especially while their system clearly states they are open 24 hours. That inconsistency caused a significant inconvenience and unnecessary expense. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I strongly recommend that others STAY AWAY from this company and consider more reliable options with accurate communication and accessible customer service.
