I received great service from Start to finish. The bus driver who picked us up to take us to the enterprise rental was very welcoming as well as the team inside the office and the one who handed the car over to us. Returning to depart, the representative who was receiving us was super-nice! She informed me everything was taken care of and wished us a safe trip. Our ride to the terminal was quick and the gentleman help us unload our bags. I would definitely rent from this enterprise location again. Thank you for your great customer service!
I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with Enterprise at LaGuardia Airport.
I made a reservation through Expedia to rent a car to pick up my daughter in Boston. When I arrived, I provided my driver’s license and credit card as requested. However, I was told that my “address verification failed” and that they could not rent me a car.
This made absolutely no sense. I have lived at the same address for nearly 20 years, and I have rented cars many times in the past without any issues. Despite explaining this, the staff simply repeated the same line over and over again without offering any real explanation or solution.
There was no attempt to help, no alternative verification method offered, and no effort to resolve the situation. I was ultimately turned away with no car, completely disrupting my plans.
This experience felt extremely unreasonable and unprofessional. If your system fails to verify a long-established address, there should be a clear backup process or at least some level of customer support to resolve it.
I left feeling frustrated, embarrassed, and very disappointed. I would strongly reconsider using Enterprise again based on this experience.

Excellent experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car at LaGuardia Airport. The service was smooth, fast, and very accommodating from start to finish.
A special thank you to Joseph, Miguel, and Owen for providing outstanding customer service. They were professional, friendly, and made the entire process easy and stress-free.
Owen especially went above and beyond during checkout, making sure everything was handled efficiently and with care. That extra level of service really stood out.
Highly recommend this location if you want a seamless rental experience with a team that truly cares about customers.
Amazing service from beginning to end of our car rental. We arrived at LaGuardia to realize Uber was going to be too expensive for our visit to Purchase. The bus driver, Mr Graves, and José at the desk took great care of us!! The woman who checked us back in this morning (so sorry I didn’t get her name!) as well as the bus driver, Leroy, welcomed us and got us on our way! Thank you to all of you!!

Picked up the car in Huntington. Mind you, the car was covered in pollen and not clean. But we just needed a way to get from a to b so we accepted it. Was told any damage smaller than a golf ball is normal wear and tear. We returned to this location, they find a "dent" that you can hardly see and honestly hardly even feel. Smaller than the golf ball they claimed was normal wear and tear and any normal person would not see this. ALSO - we did not damage the car. Hardly drove it, there were no incidents. So this is how we received the car. But I was a moron and trusted a rental car company and didn't take pictures so we can't prove it. Although even if I did take a picture, not sure anything would show, because this dent is miniscule. And now I'm getting incident reports in the mail. Scammy location.
