  Arrived on the last flight of the night half expected to have to come back the next day to pick up my reservation but the bus showed up and the staff were grace under pressure getting everyone into vehicles for the night ahead of closing up. Highly recommend renting here. Thank you all.💯👍✌️

  After the snow storm I rented a car the counter staff said the car was right by the exit gate. When I walked to the cars all of the rental cars where packed bumper to bumper and there was no walk ways shoveled to get to them. I had to stand out in the cold snow for 45 minutes waiting for them to get a car. This is the first time I've said anything bad about national.

  This National location is the best location I’ve been to and I travel for work weekly within the US. The best customer service from pick up all the way to drop off. All of the employees here go above and beyond. I would like to especially shout out Blake, Chris, and Adam for doing more than their part to help me find my lost headphones after already dropping off my vehicle. They searched high and low and thankfully were able to find them! 1000% will book with them again and again. (For the one wanting to come to Texas- I’ll be here when you do! ) thanks again guys.

  The staff at National consistently go above and beyond to make each rental seamless and to help with issues that are not directly related to the rental itself. For example, after returning the vehicle and shuttling to the airport, I realized my daughter's eye glasses were left in the vehicle. The new shuttle that arrived brought me directly back to National and waited for me while staff searched all the similar vehicles until they found the glasses. Because of the diligence of car staff and the shuttle driver waiting until my issue was resolved, they were able to get me back to the terminal in time so I would not miss my flight. That is just one of many outstanding examples I could give. I know my trip is easy and secure when I rent National. No other rental service has ever given me that confidence.

  Dan and Marlon who are both managers and Jeffrey at Customer Service who walked me over to the returns are directly were amazing. I left my phone in the rental car and as soon as we called, they made sure to find it and saved it for me and we're so kind to help me so fast. Thank you so much national for having honest workers. And the car was great and clean too. Many shuttles go back and forth from the LGA terminals so you will have an easy trip. Also many gas stations nearby to fill up before return.
