I have always had great experiences, whether it’s at LaGuardia or St Louis, the National team are kind, patient and courteous. I have rented cars from other rental companies, but National is by far the best, in my experience.

Due to my status with National, I was able to pick from the executive elite aisle but wasn’t happy with the options (seems like the location was low on cars) but Chris gave me the option to pick from another lot which I was very happy with. Short shuttle ride to rental site where we were instructed to choose any car in the designated row. Checked out at the exit booth and then we were on our way. Definitely recommend based on this experience.

Originally was supposed to land before midnight. Thanks national car rental @LGA. $130 Lyft to my hotel only to have to order another Lyft early in the morning to make it to customer site and then another Lyft to get a rental for the rest of the week. What an inconvenience and headache. Female traveling alone for work and was not trying to sit in airport lobby with a lot of men that made me feel really uncomfortable for 4 hours till location reopened at 6am.
