After a bad experience with raggedy Dollar Car Rental, I called them and before I arrived I felt better these gentleman just completed the experience of excellent customer service. I drove away with tears because I came to bury a dear friend and for a minute I thought I wasn’t gonna make it. My plane landed at 7:30am and I got in the Enterprise rental at 10am. My Aunt said call Enterprise. I did and by far the best decision I made on Thursday! I made the funeral early. What started out as a bad experience ended being one of the best! Thank you so much fellas! I can’t say enough about how spectacular yall are! I’ll spread the word and be back!

I received a call asking where's the car? and if I wanted more time with it. 3. It was then put in the system like I had returned in the car 30 plus hours after it originally was. 4. I was charged 2 extra days. Issue and refund was resolved quickly.

We were in our Enterprise rental within an hour! Check in and return could not have been faster or smoother. We were so happy to get home! Although long, the drive was quite beautiful! I highly recommend Enterprise!

I've been waiting for a call from the branch manager for 2 days. They demand personal information akin to phishing and identify theft, completely out of the blue while providing zero contact or details. There is no information in my profile regarding any damage either. I ordered the ez pass. Was assured at the time of rental it was on and ready. Then a week after my trip, I got hit with $30+ cc charge in tolls. Just the shittiest. Never again.
