Was sent here by corporate to exchange a car i received this morning snd the service was horrible, i was initially told by phil the manager he was alone and it was bussy to give him a few, and not to long after he told me it busy and he alone and he wont be able to give me a car because he dont have any cars to give, after calling corporate surprisingly a car was made available for me, while doing the exchange phil noticed damage on the front bumper “fixed” with tape that wasn’t noted by the agent that handed off the car to me a pick subsequently he filed a claim on my damage waiver for damage that was not my fault… all in all this being my first ever rental i know to stay clear and away from enterprise

Enterprise earned a loyal customer thanks to Daniel Cahill, Nataly, and Chriss. I was minutes away from missing an important meeting in Connecticut, but this team refused to let that happen. They acted quickly, solved every issue, and went above and beyond with a level of dedication you rarely see. Their effort turned a potential disaster into a win. Thank you for stepping up when it counted most!, THEY ARE TOP NOTCH!!!!!
Great experience at the LGA location. Unfortunately the car class I had booked ended up having a flat tire and they didn’t have another one in that class. It was disappointing but Menelek helped me find exactly what I needed and he made sure I was happy and satisfied with it. He personally walked the lot to find a car for me. Ultimately I was given a brand new 2026 grand wagoner which was fantastic
The whole experience was great at LGA. I’ve rented from other companies at LGA and it was BRUTAL. The whole crew at enterprise was great especially Menelek!

We were running short on time and couldn't get our rental back to original location due to them not being open and the time of our flights, having a bad experience at a different Enterprise in New York I didn't have a lot of hope this experience would be different. Dan the manager at Laguardia Airport Enterprise location met with us, keep in mind it was 4 am in the morning...... and made sure my experience was a pleasant one. I only use Enterprise due to my most of my experiences being great. I will continue to do my business with Enterprise do to Dan being so understanding and helpful. I cant thank you enough sir!! Warning to other customers when checking in your pickup via application:
I’m very disappointed with my pickup experience. I was encouraged to complete the e-check-in through the app to improve efficiency, which I did. When I arrived, I was given a car without issue. However, once I reached the exit gate, the attendant was unable to check me out. I had to ask all the cars behind me to back up so I could return to the counter.
Back at the counter, it took additional time for staff to figure out how to complete the checkout. I was told that because this was a one-way rental, it complicated the process since different branches do not fully share the same system. If that’s the case, the app should not allow e-check-in for one-way rentals in the first place.
What I thought would save time ended up taking at least three times longer than if I had simply gone straight to the counter without using the app. This was especially frustrating after a long trip, arriving close to midnight, and just wanting to get home.
As a customer, I am renting from Enterprise—not from individual branches and their internal system limitations. In this day and age, there should be a seamless process that avoids these issues and delivers on the efficiency that the app promises.
