  This Rental Location is one of my favorite to deal with. All staff members from agents to drivers are nice and accommodating to special needs kids & me. I chose to fly to La Guardia because of multiple great experiences I’ve had with this location. I rented here for the holidays, spring break and the summer. Same great service every time

  Everyone that helped me was very Fast, Friendly and Efficient. I was a Platinum Member for a very long time and I’ve been to Enterprise locations all around the country. However. This location is now one of my favorite because they go out of their way to provide top notch service. Initially, They brought me a Toyota with cloth seats that I didn’t like but once I asked him to get me a better car, he brought me a Hyundai Elantra with leather seats that I loved. When I came back to return my car I had a car mount that I couldn’t get off the windshield but a very nice guy that works there helped me get it off. They didn’t rush me while I got all of my things out of the car even though they were very busy at the time. The shuttle took me to my gate quickly because I was within minutes of missing my flight. Service here was above and beyond and I will be flying into LaGuardia instead of Philly just so I can use this Enterprise location.

  I wanted to share my delightful experience with LGA Enterprise when I visited on New Year's Day to rent a vehicle for the weekend. Despite the bustling atmosphere, Blake did an exceptional job of keeping the line moving efficiently, ensuring that everyone was promptly attended to. When it was our turn, Blake's warm and welcoming demeanor was truly impressive. His positive attitude and natural leadership qualities were evident as he quickly entered our information into the system and had us on our way in no time. It was clear that he genuinely enjoys his job and takes pride in providing excellent service. Upon returning the car, I was again met with kindness from another young man who assisted me. Although I regret not catching his name, he was very courteous and efficiently explained all of my charges, making the return process smooth and hassle-free. Thank you, LGA Enterprise, for the outstanding service. I look forward to renting from you again in the future!

  I recently used Enterprise's bus/shuttle service and I felt compelled to share my exceptional experience, thanks to our driver, Doran R. From the moment he greeted us, Doran was professional, incredibly friendly, and ensured every passenger felt comfortable and valued. His driving was smooth and safe, navigating the route with expertise and efficiency. It was clear he takes great pride in his job and genuinely enjoys assisting customers. This level of personalized, cheerful service made a significant difference in my overall experience. While Enterprise consistently provides reliable transportation, the service delivered by Doran R was truly exceptional and deserves special recognition.   Disaster here on Christmas Eve Arrived in the afternoon with confirmed reservation. I had already checked in online, set credit card and instructions said go straight to the garage, skip the desk When I arrived the garage was empty. No cars. I was told it would be about an hour at least while they waited for people to return cars. Being Christmas Eve I had to leave and take an Uber. I’ve emailed senior management / executive team and still no reply. I also filed a complaint with customer service and received a ticket number. Very disappointed in how Enterprise manages their fleet, reservations and now the lack of any follow up.
