  Horrible customer service lazy to check for parts everytime I call they have me on hold for 30+mins zero stars don’t go here don’t even call them they going to say they don’t have the part and check check because system is down go to queens blvd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  On 05DEC2025 i bought pads and rotors in an auto zone upstate on my way back home. And when i got home to my usual mechanic i was given 3 rear rotors and 1 front. So i went in to this store hoping they would exchange it and they did. I figured the right move would be to go back to the original store as to not ruin anyone’s inventory, but it was 2 1/2 hours away. I don’t know if writing this review will get them in trouble, but Nelvin Polanco and Keven Diaz was super kind and patient with me. They afforded me the grace i needed after a long day and long commute home. Nelvin and Keven seemed knowledgeable enough and caring enough not to brush me off. They did more than they should have and their efforts are very much appreciated. In a city often times lacking true customer service, these 2 showed what it can look like again. But of course, it takes being polite, patient, and respectful to them. I’m just grateful i didn’t have to drive all the way back to the store that messed up my order. I’m sorry if it ruined Autozone’s inventory in either/or store but their care would make me return here just to ensure I’m in good hands and not being bamboozled. Thanks again guys. I hope the universe repays the kindness you had shown me.

  Not a car expert, came in and was immediately greeted by a female wearing a red vest with Autozone logo on it, she asked if I needed help and she walked me to the computer we went over options on batteries, super friendly and really helped me as I was unsure. She offered to assist me with the installation kudos as I was going to pay my neighbor to do it. A gentleman named nabil installed the battery he was charming. Wish I would Have gotten her name thanks to her Autozone you got yourself a returning customer. Amazing team

  The worst employees hands down lazy don’t care and always put you on hold and do absolutely nothing this store is not managed properly and you will receive the worst customer service possible. The employees don’t actually want to help I asked for a booster pack that shows they have it and when I asked for it the manager said they didn’t have it and I ended up finding it in the aisle. The girl at the front is rude and the guy that always answers the phone says “hold on” and you will be on hold for 40 minutes gurantee every time don’t waste your time go to a different part store were you will actually get tested good. Not worth the headache and rude and horrible customer service.
