She remembers us a year ago when we went there to rent a vehicle as well. I appreciate agents like this. and the best part was, we didn't have to long at all sign the contract did what we need to do in and out of there another issue we ran into,the gas wasn't full all the way the manager said don't worry about it you bring your back empty and we won't charge you for it so overal! it was a great experience🫡

Richard helped entertain my kids and pulled up our vehicle, very attentive. Turning in vehicle also very easy and friendly service. Good pricing... only issue was the shuttle pickup a little confusing at laguardia and the heat way too high in there.

Jose took his time to allow me time to get my paperwork in order. He also made me laugh. Which is a big part of the job when it was freezing cold outside. I’ve since created an account. This is the only place to rent. Ask for Jose he’ll make you feel welcomed!!!

There was a hiccup in our rental process but he made sure we got it taken care of. While everyone else was pretty much like welp, sorry cant help, he was a lifesaver and had an awesome and polite personality while doing so!
