His unprofessionalism and condescending conversation would make me not return. I was having work done on my car and was told that I did not have to pay for another inspection because I paid for one and he tried to sell me on a service that was not needed for my vehicle whatsoever of $180 and discussed with me that he would give me a 10% discount or more after he spoke to his district manager he came back at the same price and said that there was nothing more they can do and I was gonna have to pay for an inspection again, he even refused to do a free computer scan to see what codes were coming up. which I did not feel was fair. I explained to him that I needed My Car for a medical reason and I needed have the my vehicle inspection completed, but he just wanted to charge me some outrageous price which it seems like that’s what they do is push things on people that is unnecessary for their vehicles. He asked me to call him the next day and I did and he was very smug and said sorry it’s the $180 or $185. He advised me to go to a different store. Have them clear the codes and get my car inspected somewhere else.there’s nothing more I can do for you so as far as me recommending that monroe muffler to anybody which we get a lot of work done on our cars I will not be doing so. To have him push something that was not necessary on my car because I had to bring my car to another mechanic and they said that was totally unnecessary. It Was a terrible way to do business and I will be contacting corporate too believe me he is not an asset to your company!
