  BAIT AND SWITCH — WHAT A JOKE! Called on Thursday and was quoted $220 per truck for Fluid Film undercoating on my two crew cab pickups. Dropped one off Sunday night for a Monday appointment, only to get a call Monday saying it would now be at least $300 because “the guy who quoted me should’ve checked.” Classic bait and switch. It’s oil undercoating, not rocket science — other shops post their prices and actually honor their quotes. I'm taking my business elsewhere and definitely won’t ever be coming back. Hope this review doesn’t cost you more than the $160 you would’ve “lost” by keeping your word. Thanks for wasting my time! UPDATE : I brought in a stock F250 Crew Cab Short Bed, exactly what I told the guy on the phone. If you thought when I said F250 on the phone that it was going to be a midsized truck that's your bad not mine, understaffed? Again is that my fault, make me pay for your mistakes? I said I have 2 trucks both crew cabs, first one a F250 and then a F150. I'm sorry if that's a giant truck for you, plenty of other shops that will spray for $169 no need to see the truck first to determine how much they need to jack up the price because its a shiny new expensive truck when it shows up. Here's some free advice, get yourself a price sheet so you don't need to ask the tech how much is this gonna be to spray. Be happy you got a 1 star because google wouldn't let me leave a 0. Glad I wasted 80 minutes driving to drop off and then go back and pickup my giant truck for NOTHING.

  I've been chasing an issue on my vehicle for over 4 years that every dealership I've gone to has failed to find. It's been driving me nuts and finally after being fed up I brought it to Alex and Brian. They diligently took parts of my vehicle off and inspected and greased them up, replaced and tightened, one at a time in an effort to narrow down what was causing the problem. My problem was not only irritating, it was intermittent. Greasing everything up and tightening everything all at once would do no good as it wouldn't help them get to the source of the issue. No, instead Alex and Brian systematically narrowed my problem down and finally solved it - well, found the culprit. I only asked them to diagnose so I can fight with my stealership on doing their job and fixing it. Money well spent - I can sleep better at night now knowing what the issue is and I'm a hair away from having it permanently alleviated. In the process of helping me with my vehicle's issue I learned that Alex and Brian absolutely know what the heck they're doing. They have experience, and the drive to actually solve problems for customers. They took the time to explain to me in detail what the issue was, what was going to be needed to rectify it, and were solid on being able to articulate it to me. It left me with absolutely no doubt that I wasn't being BS'd about anything. I will be bringing my other vehicles here for service going forward. I struggle writing this extremely positive review because it's likely going to make them more busy and I'll have a tougher time getting my vehicles in for work as a result. Haha. I'd rather they be known as reliable and trustworthy and have more business though - that way they remain in business for years to come. Thank you again - it's been hours since I picked my vehicle up and I'm still literally yelling "hell yah!" every time I think about the issue they FINALLY solved for me when so many others failed.
