  Chose this place because it was close to my home. I had a large screw in the sidewalk of my tire. They were able to schedule me 1st thing in the AM. I knew I would have to have the tire replaced. Dave at the front desk got me right in and they did all the necessary work in less than 40min. Price was high, but what isn't these days. Was very pleased with the friendly professional service and the work they did. Would highly recommend this service center.

  Booked an appointment twice for tire installation and when I got there they said they are short handed. They have no respect for people’s time

  I’m a young woman. I went to the shop by myself to get my radiator fluid flushed and get my coolant replaced. Got that done. They then told me that I needed new brakes, rotors, and calipers after they finished the service. I know a thing or two about cars because I am a bit of a gearhead but I don’t look like it and my car certainly doesn’t reflect my interest in cars. The mechanic said they were starting to grind and told me that I didn’t have much mileage left. They didn’t even tell me how many millimeters worth of brake pads I had left. And when I was asking all these questions for clarification, they laughed. There are always signs when you need new brake pads and I didn’t have ANY of the signs which is why I wanted a second opinion. The price they gave me was 550 dollars. I got a second opinion today and the mechanic said I don’t need new brakes and I had EIGHT millimeters worth of brake pads left. My rotors were a bit rusty but that’s not uncommon for the Buffalo area. If you are a young woman, please for the love of god, always get a second opinion from a local mechanic shop if monro says you need a specific, expensive service. Or, hell, have a man in your life drop your car off and wait for it. Something tells me if I were a man, they wouldn’t have tried to convince me I needed new brakes. Knowing a thing or two about cars and their mechanics and getting a second opinion from a local shop saved me 550 dollars. Monro, do better. It’s the 21st century now. In the big 2026, trying to rip off a young woman is crazy work.

  Do not go to this location, mechanics are lazy and only care about the money. I went on Friday the 10th to get my tires changed, brakes, and wheel alignment done on my car. They had it done a few hours later which cost 2 grand. Then I drive the 5 mins home. Fast forward to Monday the 13th I get in my car around 3am to heading work and the driver side back tire is completely flat at 10psi, I had not used the car once since driving it home. I called right when they opened and the "general manager" started blaming me for the tiring and kept saying "you definitely ran something over but we will take a look" not matter how many times I told him that I did not run anything over in the 5 mins drive So my husband had to bring the car in to their shop again, the only thing they said to him was "for the buick right?" took the keys and left without another word. Ended up being a valve steam that they just forgot the put in but they fixed it properly this time. What type of awful mechanics just forget to put in such a key component of the tire, and clearly if it coukd cause my tire to go fully flat in 3 days theres a big issue with them forgetting about it🙄
