  I've used Gerber a few times over the years and have no complaints whatsoever!! Very attentive and took care of everything from estimate to car rental and the work that was done including detailing the truck!!!!! FANTASTIC JOB BY EVERYONE THERE!!! will recommend without a doubt!!

  My 2022 Honda Accord was involved in a hit &run and I needed front end damage repairs. Everything was going well in the beginning, drop off was simple, employees were friendly and helpful; was told they would keep me posted as the work on my car progresses which the did. They ended up calling me on Friday @ 3:50 and told me my car was ready for pick up and they close at 5:00 and are not open on the weekends, they mentioned I need to pick the car up the same day since Enterprise probably won't pay for the rental over the weekend. Gerber created an inconvenience based on this and I had to work out the details with my insurance company. Then when I picked up my car on Monday I noticed the end of my front bumper was rough looking and the paint looked liked it had bubbles in it. Charles Yarington (the estimator) told me it wasn't bubbles in the paint, he said "the bumpers are made from a mold and come in rough and need to be sanded before they are painted and we must have missed the corner", and based on his body language when I pointed it out I feel he knew it wasn't right and didn't expect me to notice or bring it to his attention. I stated it doesn't look good and I was concerned with the paint job. He then said "well, I guess we can fix it if you want" and said it in a tone that made me feel guilty to request them to fix their error. I did have them fix it and worked out the details with the insurance company myself. When I picked up the car the second time it looked fine; I asked if I could get a receipt for the extra work and was told no by Charles and another guy who I assumed was the shop manager. I said I feel I should be able to get one and was told no again. Lastly, I needed Charles to sign off on an insurance document verifying the work had been completed and he completely misspelled my last name by three different letters. I am very disappointed by this shops lack of professionalism and definitely their lack of detail in their quality of work and organization completing paperwork. Charles was a bit condescending and I would not recommend this shop to anyone based on my experience. If I ever have to go back for work covered under their warranty I would request to go to a different location.

  The attached pics say it all, this is AFTER I got my truck back. My vehicle was is great condition before dropping it off, had just been polished by a professional detailer - clean no scratches, dents or chips. I was having after market hinges installed and the attached pic is the damage caused by this shop during the process. Insult to injury, they couldn't figure our how to get some of the hinges on correctly and tried to hide it from me when I picked up my car. Bottom line, they didn't do the job they said they would do and caused me $1000+ in damages. If you care about the look of your car, do not go here. They waived their fee but will need to pay for the damages to make this right.
