They claimed they had the recognition of the appointment and claimed I would have to leave it there all day for a one tire swap. after stating I was a former manager of a Monro and question about the performance there and then was told we could bring your truck in So I handed over my keys and sat down after about an hour. My truck was finally brought in for it’s one tire swap which thing about 45 minutes to complete. I was charged 35.99 For a mountain balance In my tire, Had never been balanced And being this was an emergency because I was over 150 miles away from home when this happened I then got on the interstate and my Truck Shook horribly all the way home not one way to put on so my experience was very unpleasant

Monro was able to get my tire the quickest out of many places, not only that but the owner/manager asked to see my tire before having me spend $350 on a brand new tire. He took a look at it and said he would be able to patch it. He not only saved me over $300 but was very honest and had the tire patched quickly. I will definitely be coming back here. I appreciate them being very honest, as many places would take advantage and upsell people who don’t have a great knowledge of cars. Having a place to trust is very important and Monro is definitely the place to go.
