  My vehicle was struck by an elderly man resulting in damaged the right Front Fender and Grill. I contacted Gerber Collision to do the repair. Gerber worked with my insurance company throughout the process. I was pleased with a display of excellent communications throughout the repair. Communications consisted of phone calls, texts, and emails. All salient details were documented online. These included timeframes, progress, issues, and costs. After 7 days, they contact me to pick up the car. Upon arrival, I found the car in essentially brand new condition both inside and out. My impression? Outstanding work with better than expected results. I sincerely encourage anyone with any body or glass repair requirements to contact Gerber Collision.

  The attached pics say it all, this is AFTER I got my truck back. My vehicle was is great condition before dropping it off, had just been polished by a professional detailer - clean no scratches, dents or chips. I was having after market hinges installed and the attached pic is the damage caused by this shop during the process. Insult to injury, they couldn't figure our how to get some of the hinges on correctly and tried to hide it from me when I picked up my car. Bottom line, they didn't do the job they said they would do and caused me $1000+ in damages. If you care about the look of your car, do not go here. They waived their fee but will need to pay for the damages to make this right.
