  Anyways I applied for a vehicle and I was told that these folks would go ahead and work with me and they wont. I have managed to save $2,500 dollars to get this vehicle and its just tough to say the least. These folks said I have an auto loan and its been a few months haven't put anything down because I was concerned that I would get a phone call telling me that the car will be sold to someone else and sadly that's what just happened. Rodney said that he is gonna hang up on me and said that his management team doesn't trust me. Well im sorry that a man is having hardships and rough times isnt acceptable for them to call me up and tell me that I am gonna lose the car since I cant pay for it. I always thought Rodney cared about me. We had some words he hung up on me and I thought we were good. I offered him the $2,500 bucks. I dont have lots of money im super not rich and I am losing my job as of January the 30th. So its a shame that these folks have to act the way they do. I asked them and their management team to put me on a payment plan and allow me to get into the vehicle that much quicker I always thought Rodney was better than that. Not having a great day today and with him hanging up on me while I am at my lowest saying they would work with me to now find out they wont. They said there gonna call American Credit Acceptance to undo the deal. So thats fine and dandy, but i will not tolerate disrespect they have said they would call them and try to work with me and I haven't heard nothing. So instead of believing their false promises I just need to start going after what's on my credit report get that fixed and then apply for an auto loan for a place that will help me. I am not interested in Rodney hanging up on me he was so kind when we met across the post office at the good will and then how he is acting towards me is just an absolute shame. I wanted him to care so much and be understanding that I have trust issues and I dont want to make little payments here and there because I have tried that then I get the car sold on me. So Rodney. Shame on you for behaving this way. You wont ever here from me. I want respect I am not rich and I told you going into this you would work with me and help.me is this what your help and respect looks like. You should be fired and walked out the door. You hang up on ke right after I told you I am losing my job. No thanks whatever you wanna do or whoever else you wanna do it too you go right ahead and do it. Sadly im calling American Credit Acceptance. You didnt have to disrespect me and complaining to me its been 3 months. I made my first payment to American Credit Acceptance so this would help my credit now you want to undo this deal people dont come here fix your credit and find a great place to care about your car buying purchases. Goodbye. Please nobody from here ever call me back. You wanna be judgemental about how I am not able to fund $6,200 dollars all at once. I am not rich I am dealing with the death of my Mom my Dad getting dementia and I wanted these folks to care. They dont care he said that car is gonna be sold to someone else. Sell it to someone else. If thats the kind of man you have to be and it doesn't bother you to add more hurt and pain to me well then if that makes you feel better. But i dont understand why this world is so uncaring at the time. I though Rodney would be my guy and help me to get ahead in life. Not nice to lie to me and to do these things. I wanted that vehicle but now I cant have he said the managers dont trust me. Well then how ya like that. Thats just great the perfect icing on the cake im having issues and now this dude wants to tell me that they dont trust me. Call him back? Why so he can disrespect me. By the end of January I need to have great credit no more dealing with these clowns.
