I ordered parts and paid with my card over the phone, when I got the call that they came in , I went to pick them up , when I got to the store I was very rudely told I never ordered them, the store employees were very nasty to each other in front of me and other customers. The only employee that was helpful and eventually found my parts was Ken. I don't know why I tried anywhere else but Napa

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
