Keep an eye on your accounts after working with them because they will overcharge you and even after calling them about the mistake they will continue to charge you days later. This branch does not represent enterprise as a whole and would assume the management is just bad at this location. Take your business to another branch in the Capital Region.

So I paid for a non-existent child car seat and arrived only to find out they don't even offer them as a matter of course. No attempt to help fix the situation that was 100% their fault. The airport branch maybe had car seats, but their line was solidly busy so there was no way to confirm and would have been a $40 Uber ride away. I had to make an emergency shopping trip to Walmart to buy a car seat while leaving my family at the train station. Submitted a complaint and request for compensation to the corporate customer service line, which said they would refer it to the area manager. No apology, no response after a month. Beware, the other locations like the Central Ave. location also do not have child car seats despite allowing you to reserve and pay for them online.
