    Always have had the best experience here. The staff changes allot but each time they are so kind and respectful they are honest and work long hours and wear 10 hats do everything at the location clean cars book rentals pick up and smile. I have used several rental compaines in many cities and they are rude but never here. Its nice to be treated kind.

    I had to put my car in the shop and had to have a vehicle to get around with today. I walked in after work and had a great experience from start to finish with Enterprise. The staff was very helpful, positive and professional as soon as I walked through the door. The car was good and simple to use and clean. (I was a little spoiled with the car😄) I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to rent a car for a day if you need to get your car fixed. The price was good as well as its been about 20 years since I last rented a car. Thank you very much for your service and making the experience wonderful.

    Dunkirk, NY location was GREAT. The people were awesome; extremely helpful and informative. The experience was hassle free and the deposit was returned swiftly. Will definitely go to them whenever I'm in the area and I totally recommend them.
