Drove 45 minutes to pick up the car that morning and was told they didnt have any cars available and to come back at 3pm and maybe they would have something. Well the car was needed for before 3pm so that wasnt acceptable. So now had to cancel plans due to no vehicle. What is the purpose of a reservation if they dont have any cars. How does a business ever stay open with service like this. I will NEVER use Enterprise again and will make sure to let as many people know of the terrible service.
