  One star.. doesn't deserve any stars! Ladies Avoid At All costs! They don't treat women well! I made online appt. They wouldn't honor it and told me night before, after hours via email after I received text and email confirmations for scheduled appt. They refused my daughter's business in past too, very rude to her!

  Set up an appointment with the call center, show up at 7:30 when they open. The place looks closed down. The mechanic tells me he thought my appointment was spam. Basically tells me I'm s.o.l and he can't work on my car.

  Customer service was a joke. Scheduled an appointment for Tuesday at 11. Brought car in early at 10:30 and dropped off. No call back. Came back at 3:30 and car was never looked at. Short staffed. Rescheduled for following Friday at 8 am and brought car in promptly. No call back. Came back at 4:40 and car was never looked at. Manger said look at the volume of cars in the parking lot. Obviously very short staffed Took car to another repair shop. Will never go back. If you see more than 5 cars in the parking lot, run.
