  Honestly, I tried really hard not to give this place a bad review after I showed up to this location a couple of months ago with an appointment only to find out that none of the mechanics were there. I was told to try to find another shop that day to get my car serviced. The man that was there that day was very kind and helpful and seemed like he would’ve done more if he had the ability to but sadly I had to figure out another plan to get my oil changed since I had travel plans later that day. Fast forward to today at 5:30pm, I showed up with another appointment that I had made days prior for an oil change and inspection and when I walked in, the man that helped me seemed very confused as to why I was there. I explained that I was there for an oil change and inspection and he said that the inspector left at 4:30 which was okay even though it was a little bit of an inconvenience that I wasn’t made aware of prior to my appointment. I was perfectly okay with having just my oil changed and not have my car inspected because of this however, the man that helped me tried to get me to come back another day which didn’t work with my schedule or availability. I am just a little confused as to why the oil change wasn’t done since I had made the appointment for that as well. I tried so hard to give this place some grace after the last experience that I had but I think this experience I had this evening is going to be my last.

  I came into this shop the other day just to simply ask for a courtesy tire air pressure check and I was told yes they do. I only stopped there because my console just all of a sudden lit up with low pressure in all of my tires. I then pull my vehicle up to the bay door and a guy came out to to add air, so I thought. I removed all the valve stem caps and put them back on for a little convenience and I even handed the guy $4 when he was supposedly done, which he accepted. I pulled off waiting for the air pressure to reset...never did. I contacted the dealer and was told that it should have reset as soon as I started my vehicle up or something was wrong electronically. I contacted a friend hours later just to recheck and air was actually put in my tires and as soon as I started the vehicle up it had reset. Saved me a trip to dealer and money to have my system checked. Mr Tire next time, please, just say, NO! I would have appreciated that more.

  I had an amazing experience realized I had a screw in my tire in the morning I was going to be traveling they squeezed me right in was in and out in an hour and they were busy !! Very kind and understanding!!

  Went above and beyond helping me in getting my new tires. Did them in a timely manner.

  I had a nail in my tire that needed to be removed and plugged. That part was fine except the next day I had to return because of low tire pressure. It turned out they didn’t put the air valve cap on tightly and it was leaking overnight. During both of my visits, the employees were friendly however they did get dirt and grease all over the Interior of my door, which is a very light color. There was oil all over the outside of my car as well. Not great service when it requires an interior and exterior cleaning afterwards.
