Long story short, if you book online for 3-4 days ahead, you can get much better pricing. Same day appointment via phone call to their call center, add $250 to the cost you’ll see online. Learned my lesson, will not be looking for same day service again.

Him and his team were gracious on point to tackle the issue and get the job done. Charles explained detailed steps for whys TPMS didn't work. He reset system and saved time and money from dealership. He honored warrenty work ! No other Monro can compare !

Then they said my front brakes were at a 4 and rear were at a 5. Winter is coming so decided to get new brakes. I said I had a doctor appt and had to be out by a certain time. First they ordered the totally wrong brakes for my former vehicle. Wasted an hour. Then they didn’t fully check the model if brakes for my car and the second set came in the wrong size. Another hour and a half wasted. I finally had to take an uber home ($16) so that I could go to my doctor appt. Had to take an uber back (another $19) to get the car. No additional compensation just a “sorry”. Will NEVER go to this location in Depew again.
