  I had my winter tires put on. When I picked up the car I told the tech that the low pressure light was on and the tires looked low. He said I had to drive it. I drove it for a day and finally checked myself. Every tire was low. I’m m talking 25 psi.

  Charles and the shop is too notch. I went to other Monro's in the area for TPMS for months with negative results. Him and his team were gracious on point to tackle the issue and get the job done. Charles explained detailed steps for whys TPMS didn't work. He reset system and saved time and money from dealership. He honored warrenty work ! No other Monro can compare !

  This place was a mess. The guy behind the counter seems like I was inconveniencing him. And then gave me some ridiculous estimate I told him to take my Jeep down and I moved on I do not recommend

  My last experience at Monro was not the best. I went for an inspection for a car with only 26k miles on it. They said my car passed. Then they said my front brakes were at a 4 and rear were at a 5. Winter is coming so decided to get new brakes. I said I had a doctor appt and had to be out by a certain time. First they ordered the totally wrong brakes for my former vehicle. Wasted an hour. Then they didn’t fully check the model if brakes for my car and the second set came in the wrong size. Another hour and a half wasted. I finally had to take an uber home ($16) so that I could go to my doctor appt. Had to take an uber back (another $19) to get the car. No additional compensation just a “sorry”. Will NEVER go to this location in Depew again.

  I went in for a loud rattling upon starting the engine and accelerating, knowing it was an exhaust issue. They quoted me maybe $2000-3000, but he couldn’t complete the invoice because it was “maxed out.” He said it was for the exhaust from the engine to the back of the car and that didn’t include labor. When I asked for an explanation to clarify I understood what was wrong, the mechanic told me verbatim “well it’s hard to explain without looking at it….. so uh yeah.” I asked them to call me once they had a complete invoice of the estimate and parts, but never heard back, then was texted to complete this survey. I went to Depew Automotive immediately after leaving Monro, where they showed me my exhaust while my car was in the lift and explained that one flange was completely rusted and cracked off and another flange was started to rust out. They confirmed my catalytic converter, muffler, and pipes were perfectly fine and did not need to be replaced. They simply cut out the flanges and welded new ones on, costing $600 with labor. Monro will charge you for unnecessary parts and work while giving lack luster customer service and absolutely no explanation of the services they intend to perform on your car.
