However, after starting my oil change, they said they would not be doing the rotation, that it wouldn't be safe unless I get new tires and alignment. I explained my lease was up in just 3 months so it didn't make sense but I still want the rotation to wear the tires evenly. After begging and saying it isn't fair because that's why I chose them to do this work over other shops and that they false advertised, the ruling stood and I did not get my free tire rotation with the price of an oil change. I'll need to pay more somewhere else to now do this. I don't think I will go back after this.
