  If you're looking for a place with shitty service, basil is the place to go. If you like being lied to Basil is the place to go. if you want your car to come back with more issues than it went in for service for, basil is the place to go. If you wanna be told one thing over the phone and something different when you arrive in person, basil is the place to go.

  Excellent service! Very helpful attendance in the service department, customer. Service , the finance department , and the sales department I can’t say enough! I would highly recommend Joe basil Chevrolet to everyone and anyone , and they’re very Competitive! .. I contacted them when I really needed a vehicle, my family has purchased from Joe Basil, 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  So, make sure when you test drive and put a deposit on vehicle at this location the title is clean, once they pull your credit and you get certified check for $9,000 to add to the $1,000 deposit you put down becuz they recently financed you for a 2023 Volcano red 2023 GMC Acadia stock #26Z1131TU that they cannot sell becuz it has a dirty title, which you'd think since they've had it from Nov2025 (Andy blames NYS) Now I'm obligated to pay for my rental out of pocket as I waited the wk to pick this up and they offered to pay my rental as long as I settled for something I did not want on lot. Fredonia has a comparable vehicle but they claim they couldn't get a responses from that dealer, 5min phone call to Andy at Fredonia humored him with this story but this vehicle is available if i wanted to drive the 2.5hrs to view it LOL now I have to wait for my refund to be mailed to me unless I drive the 50mins to swipe my card which would result in a scene, and good luck with Bill Kreher he is the typical used car salesman SNL pokes fun at. Thanks Andy for mailing my refund and giving me your petty, cheap apology for selling me a car your dealership shouldn't even have on the website yet still is. Buyers aware Beware in this case.

  I just wanna say in your lifetime you’re probably gonna buy a good couple of cars in your lifetime well this was the best experience I ever had, I’ve been to other dealerships sales seems sleazy shake your hand and make you wanna go home and take a shower you talking about clean cut classy personal Joe Basil Chevrolet is number one made my wife so happy

  I was recently approached by Joe Basil Chevrolet because of their interest in my current lease. They wanted more of this particular model and year for their inventory. Although my current lease wasn't due for many months, they offered to buy it outright and to take care of the remaining payments for me! I had multiple conversations with the salesperson to see if they could then get me into another vehicle at or near the current lease cost with little to no money down. They came through, and I am now in a newer, upgraded model, and they have one more used car for their inventory! Their ability to listen to my needs and to communicate throughout this process was one of the best experiences I have had with an automobile dealer! Thank you to Joe Basil Chevrolet and to Jen, my sales associate, for this positive experience.
