  Mike, the salesman was very pushy and didn’t seem to wanna take no for an answer. Try to get me to buy a truck without even talking to my wife first they try to lowball me on my trade-in and only offered an extra thousand hoping that would make the difference Even though I was offered more for it at other dealerships. He then proceeded to keep calling me for two days, including waking me up on Saturday trying to see if I’ll buy the truck still called again even after I told him I was passing on the truck. Very unprofessional. Will never go back.

  I purchased a 2021 Buick Encore GX in May of 2024. With that I also bought the Comprehensive Service Contract in case of any failures to the car. Well, somehow a piece of plastic from something they said got caught in the track of the sunroof and caused it to come off the track. I have been to both dealerships and have had them saying they don’t have a tech that can fix it? So here I am. I went back to the dealership in Orchard Park today to find out what I do and was told I have to find my own collision shop to fix it? They didn’t even offer to make the arrangements

  I walked into Joe Basil with my daughter and right away was greeted by Brenda. She sat us down, found us a sales rep, And got us both something to drink while we waited. While waiting, I watched her check with other clients to see how they were doing and if they needed anything. It's all about first impressions with me and that being said, she knocked that one out of the park ! Next, We're introduced. To a young man whose name is Rigen Mohammed. I cannot say enough great things about him. Respectful, personable, knowledgeable Professional & Courteous. He made me feel like i've known him for years. I'm sure these are all qualities you expect with all your employee's, but he gave the feeling to me and my daughter that went beyond what is expected while never feeling like we were being pushed or pressured. He worked with me on the sale and when I was possibly going to look at a different place, he convinced me to stay with Basil. He found me the vehicle that I was looking for and had it brought over. I stayed because of the service I received from him. This is my third vehicle from Joe Basil, As like anyone, there are times when you have to deal with service to your vehicle Nobody enjoys that, especially if you have to spend money while hoping that it will be covered sometime that works in your favor sometimes it doesn't. Either way, i was never disappointed with the service or the quality of work that was done on my vehicles and felt confident that it was fixed correctly and in a timely manner I am confident that I will enjoy my new Colorado for many years and when My children (18 & 20) get their first car which I am sure it will be soon, It will be from Joe Basil They're a dealer that I trust Thankyou for great service Bill Ufland

  We had an outstanding experience purchasing our new vehicle from Joe Basil Chevrolet. Christina, our sales associate was very thorough and even gave us a tour of the pristine service area. She answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of our purchase. The manager Rob answered many of our questions throughout the process, and made himself available. We were given a great price for our trade in vehicle! Our vehicle was delivered on the day it was promised. In addition, Additionally, Kevin showed us the many functions of the vehicle and technology in a way that was easy to understand! It's loaded! He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to set up our phones, and didn't rush the process. Brenda, the receptionist/greeter was very personable and took time to chat with us while we were waiting for our insurance information to be completed. She was very hospitable and offered water and pop. We are enjoying our new vehicle tremendously! They all made this a great and easy process and experience!

  A wonderful experience and seamless proccess in leasing a 2026 Cheyy Equinox. Both the Sales Manager and the Sales Representatve Theo, went out of their way to make it a pleasant experience. I walked into the dealership flustered because my 2023 Chevy lease was totaled by a hit and run driver. But they put me at ease through kindness, professionalism, and adding an old - fashioned human touch in their dealings with me on a day where I was clearly frustrated. Theo, the Sales Rep, especially deserves kudos for really taking the time with me every step of the proccess. His upbeat and positive personality removed all my doubts. Chevy should value Theo, his Sales Manager, and the FInance Representative. The Sales Manager took my initial call and welcomed me when I arrived. He, too, put me at ease and very honestly and effectively worked out a payment and lease agreement that perfectly fit my vehicle needs and budget. He was understanding and a true professional. The Finance person too was especially helpful, easy to deal with, and handled everything in a friendly, professional manner. Cheers to a great Joe Basil team that epitomizes the concept of putting the customer first and accomplishes that objective by being good, honest people who work hard to accommodate your vehicle needs. I wholeheartedly recommend Joe Basil to anyone looking for a vehicle: they will put you first and accompany you every step of the way by treating you with respect, listening to you, answering questions, and taking follow up calls. I have called Theo, the Sales Rep, several times since the purchase: he has been accessible and very positively and accurately responds to my follow up inquiries. Again, it is refreshing to work with individuals who exude a human touch. And again, Thank you to Theo for being so welcoming and patient. He really radiated posive vibes through an engaging and friendly disposition. And I would like to note from a comparative standard, my past dealings with a Ford dealership were the complete opposite of Joe Basil Chevrolet. The Ford dealership was a nightmare: terrible and inattentive representatives and Sales people. Save yourself from Ford by going to Joe Basil Chevrolet.
