  Linda was taken care of by Jarrett, and got our 1st year service and oil change along with the tire rotation. Also did the NYSInspection very quickly, very impressed with her experience, also the complimentary car wash was a nice touch!!

  Warning to those planning to lease an auto from Basil Chevrolet in Depew NY. My elderly mother (late 80s) leased a brand new vehicle from this dealership and is returning the vehicle in accordance with her contract this week (March 2026). She is unable to lease another vehicle from them and is being charged a $395 Disposition fee to return the car solely because she is not leasing another new vehicle through GM Financial. Once you enter into a contract with this car dealership you are stuck with future financing through GM Financing or face a $395 fee. This may be legal but certainly not a kind way to treat customers especially when they fulfill their lease according to the terms of the contract. Poor business practice in my opinion. It is a junk fee that disappears if you continue to work with them. Why penalize customers who are unable to continue to be clients? Why?

  Hello, I had a very pleasant experience at Basil Chevrolet. The salesman Cam, as well as other staff were incredibly kind and professional. Cam answered all my questions, worked very hard to meet all of my needs and was very accommodating to me during the waiting time. I will be recommending others and be back myself in the future. Thank you!

  So, make sure when you test drive and put a deposit on vehicle at this location the title is clean, once they pull your credit and you get certified check for $9,000 to add to the $1,000 deposit you put down becuz they recently financed you for a 2023 Volcano red 2023 GMC Acadia stock #26Z1131TU that they cannot sell becuz it has a dirty title, which you'd think since they've had it from Nov2025 (Andy blames NYS) Now I'm obligated to pay for my rental out of pocket as I waited the wk to pick this up and they offered to pay my rental as long as I settled for something I did not want on lot. Fredonia has a comparable vehicle but they claim they couldn't get a responses from that dealer, 5min phone call to Andy at Fredonia humored him with this story but this vehicle is available if i wanted to drive the 2.5hrs to view it LOL now I have to wait for my refund to be mailed to me unless I drive the 50mins to swipe my card which would result in a scene, and good luck with Bill Kreher he is the typical used car salesman SNL pokes fun at. Thanks Andy for mailing my refund and giving me your petty, cheap apology for selling me a car your dealership shouldn't even have on the website yet still is. Buyers aware Beware in this case.
